New Years Eve

Well it is 10.30pm and I have already drunk all that I can drink without making a fool of myself. I already have a headache!! and I am soooooo....... tired! Gosh why do we have to stay awake till midnight, it really isn't any different from any other night. Sleep, sleep, sleep see it is calling me.

Christmas 2006

Well lots of photos to post so here goes.

Christmas morning we did the Santa presents and the presents from Mum and Dad.




Then off the my inlaws to have a yummy breakfast and open more presents from my husbands family.

Then to my family to open my familys presents.

Then off to have lunch at my Sisters' inlaws. (Only one week to go in her pregnancy) Well we arrived a about 1pm and didn't leave untill 11pm. I couldn't belive how much fun my hubby was having. Quad motorbikes, swimming pool, Good food and lots of new friends. He was still on the kareoke machine when I was putting the kids in the car to go. All in all a FANTASTIC day.

I got heaps of awesome presents =>$50 Scrapbooking voucher, Frangipani hairclips and earings, CD, electric salt and pepper shakers, morter and pestel, magazine subscription and a sticker for my car. So stoked!!!!

Eggs for breakfast

Well this is what happens when you go and have a shower in our house. Sethy thought it would be a great idea to make eggs for breakfast. Every egg that was left in the carton (I think 9) got put into the frying pan. He did a really good job except for a couple of bits of shell. So I reluctently cooked up all of the eggs and served them up went to finish getting ready and came back to a plate full of tomato and bbq sauce. This is why I dont wear makeup, cause I would never get out of the house.

So this is Seth after his new haircut. Not a happy boy at all!!!! He cried for the next two days saying I dont want a hair cut. Too late buddy, all gone. At one stage he said I WANT A NO-HAWK (meaning a mo-hawk) and I replied with dude you got a NO-HAWK! So funny I love it when they still cant get thier words right, it makes for much entertainment for us adults. I know I shouldn't pay out on my child but it is so much fun.

This page is my next entry for the Scrapbook City Challenge. This is from one of Alicia's Sketches on her blog site. I am really happy with how it turned out, My little king of hearts!!!

I just realized that this whole blog has been about Seth. Tristan is good too. Alittle bit of attitude lately but other than that he is growing up so fast I still cant believe he starts PREP next year.

PGA

Michael and Tristan went to the Pga at Coolum this morning and apparently they had an absolute blast, they got just about everyones autograph on his "Spiderman Hat" even Nicky Buckley (for some reason she was there). Jimmy Barnes was there too but they couldn't get his autograph (?). It is hard to make any sense from what they are saying cause they didn't get home until about 7.30pm (they arrived there at 9.30am this morning) and they are so tired and excited and have so much to tell us that I can't keep up with the stories.

The one stand out exciting story though was that Wayne Grady made a 20 foot putt and he then gave his golf ball to Tristan and signed it for him. How awesome is that?????!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I find out more I will let you know.

Xmas tree

So this is my little xmas tree and the grand total of decorations that I have put up so far. Ha Ha no I actually wrapped everyones presents yesterday with some help from Tristan and put them under the tree. I was surprised that I had gotten everyones presents. Even got lots of little extras for the boys.

This is the boys getting their presents from Santa at their daycare xmas party last night. So funny, kids everywhere going crazy, mothers and fathers chasing them.

So weird when you grow up seeing someone all of the time and then you get to a certain age and you never have time to catch up. These two girls, Corrine and Lee, are my step cousins? Their Grandfather married my Grandma before we were born and we grew up like cousins but then our grandparent died and now we never see each other. Funny how life pans out.

Pga Golf is on again on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. I went on Thursday with my Dad and Seth (I could have done without pushing a nearly three year old around in a pram up and down grass hills all afternoon). Why is it when you need a child to be quiet that is when they decide to yell out. I love watching golf and being there on the first day of the comp you get to see all of the golfers and they usually seem alot more relaxed and there are not as many people there watching so you can actually see the pro's. My favourite golfer isn't doing too well, Peter Fowler, he is the best chipper ever ( in my opinion.) Plus I didn't get to see him, so spewing we always seemed to be at the wrong end of course hopefully he will be there again next year. I did however see all of the leaders play. I will hopefully get to attend - child free - next year so I will actually be able to watch them putt (not from 10 meters away cause I am too worried about Seth making to much noise.)

Plus Yesterday I had to do a trip up to hospital with Seth. He was pushing his tonka truck around and the tray flicked up and hit him in the chin. I thought it had gone straight through because he had blood in his mouth and a cut on the out side and he wouldn't let me look at it. So I just went straight up there and got the nurses to check it out. Luckily it wasn't as bad as I originally thought (hypochondriac Mother) I think the truck cut the outside and his tooth cut the inside. But he did whinge all night he woke up four times crying saying he was sore. My poor baby!!!

The X-mas Tree

So I have wanted to put my tree up for about a month and now that I can go crazy with decorations,I don't really feel like it. I put up the tree and that's about it. Now the boys keep asking when Santa is coming.
I have a photo of my pathetic looking tree but even the internet doesn't want to look at it so when it allows me to up load some photos you will get to see.
Tired have to go and get some sleep so I can be all energised to go and watch the PGA with my Dad tomorrow. Funny how it has become a little tradition between us. This year will be our 5th year. (I think I am losing count of the years.)
