Eggs for breakfast
So this is Seth after his new haircut. Not a happy boy at all!!!! He cried for the next two days saying I dont want a hair cut. Too late buddy, all gone. At one stage he said I WANT A NO-HAWK (meaning a mo-hawk) and I replied with dude you got a NO-HAWK! So funny I love it when they still cant get thier words right, it makes for much entertainment for us adults. I know I shouldn't pay out on my child but it is so much fun.
This page is my next entry for the Scrapbook City Challenge. This is from one of Alicia's Sketches on her blog site. I am really happy with how it turned out, My little king of hearts!!!
I just realized that this whole blog has been about Seth. Tristan is good too. Alittle bit of attitude lately but other than that he is growing up so fast I still cant believe he starts PREP next year.
Well thats all for now

Xmas tree
So this is my little xmas tree and the grand total of decorations that I have put up so far. Ha Ha no I actually wrapped everyones presents yesterday with some help from Tristan and put them under the tree. I was surprised that I had gotten everyones presents. Even got lots of little extras for the boys.
This is the boys getting their presents from Santa at their daycare xmas party last night. So funny, kids everywhere going crazy, mothers and fathers chasing them.

The X-mas Tree
I have a photo of my pathetic looking tree but even the internet doesn't want to look at it so when it allows me to up load some photos you will get to see.
Tired have to go and get some sleep so I can be all energised to go and watch the PGA with my Dad tomorrow. Funny how it has become a little tradition between us. This year will be our 5th year. (I think I am losing count of the years.)

Love the Gold Coast
Well we are home. I think 5 nights was just enough especially for the boys. Seth woke up yesterday morning crying saying I want to go home now. So here is the run down of our 2ND ever "REEDY FAMILY HOLIDAY".
- To start off with as we are driving into Surfers I suddenly realize I forgot the Movie World tickets. Luckily my girlfriend, Em, was house sitting so she express posted them to us.
- On Friday night we had a lovely dinner a our friend, Matt's, and meet his gorgeous girlfriend Shannon.
- Saturday, ZINA's scrapbooking class was fabulous. I had a great time. I didn't get to finish either of my projects cause we were too busy talking. She is so lovely all 5 feet of her. LOL. I was so surprised when I first meet her she is beautiful and so tiny. The other girls were great too we all had heaps of laughs.
- Sunday - we had breakfast at the Currumbin Surf lifesaving Club. And we saw the new Gold Coast footy team training. I think they are called the Vikings?
- Then I got attacked by a cat fish. We went to the Currumbin Rock Pools and waterfall. So Beautiful I love waterfalls. After taking the mandatory photos we all went for a swim and Tristan said that something had bitten him and we all laughed thinking it was nothing. I went over to see cause he looked really freaked out and the little bugger bit me on the ankle. So we had to move to the deep part of the rock pool for a swim. A local guy warned us about it, after it had already bitten us. Great timing from him hey!
- Monday we drove around the border towns and beaches and also, accidentally, up into the mountain tourist drive. Michael got lost! After giving me crap about my driving and taking wrong turns, etc. I pulled over and made him drive and he got us lost. I love it when it backfires on him. I really didn't care where we went because the boys were asleep so it was a lovely peaceful drive looking at trees and big, big houses and beautiful views.
- Monday night we went to the Wax museum and a walk through the city.
- Tuesday we went up the Q1 building the views were awesome but there was a little bit of cloud in the distance so we couldn't see as far as we should have been able to but it was still amazing. Then we did the shopping centres, Pacific Fair and Harbour town plus a couple of shops in between. Well I know boys don't like shopping but mine did OK. By one o'clock they were all ready to go home for a sleep but they persevered for my sake and I even got to get a massage by those Chinese guys in the middle of the shopping centre. They give the best massages ever I could have stayed there for hours.
- Wednesday - we went to Movie World which was fun but we were all so tired by then we barely had enough energy to enjoy it. Seth cried on a couple of the rides which we thought was so funny cause one of them was a special kids ride about Bugs Bunny, but it was very dark.
So all in all we spent way too much money (especially on food) but we had a great FAMILY holiday.

Holiday 3 more sleeps
Only three more sleeps till our holiday. (nearly wrote MY holiday.) I love the Gold Coast I don't know how it is so much different to the Sunshine Coast, probably is just that I have lived here all of my life. This is where we are staying it is only 2 streets away from the heart of the city so we can walk to the beach. The boys will be able to enjoy it more this year even though it has only been a year there is a big difference between being -nearly two to being nearly three- and I don't have to worry about bottles and cots and all of that annoying baby stuff.
Plus this year I get to go scrapbooking with *Zina* cant wait! I am so excited! I wish I could organise to meet all of my fave scrappers there on the one day wow that would be the best. (I don't think Elsie and Emily would fly over from America just to visit me.)
The SPA is up and running. I just don't know how it all works with all of the chemicals and the thing switches on and off all of the time. I am not looking forward to my next power bill at all. Plus I thought I would go and buy some pots and plants to put around it to make it look more like a little paradise I did not realize how much they all cost I am normally a market and second hand shopper but because I wanted 3 purple pots the same I had to go to a pot shop lucky they had a seconds section almost half price. Yeah for me! and plants you know all of those annoying palms that normally multiply in your garden when you don't want them to well they are $25 each If only I was a patient person then I would save a whole lot of money. Just tried to take some photos but the sun is to bright so maybe next time.

New Beta Blog
Well I had my second ever lesson of Karate today and my goodness was it confusing. It is supposed to be a beginners class. My normal teachers were away today so I had two new teachers and they did so much more than what I was ready for. I looked like a total goose but it was still fun and everyone knew I was new cause I was the only one with out a uniform. I find it really hard not to just call out and ask when I dont understand something cause you know the whole respect thing, bowing and talking to your sensay (still not sure on the rules yet.) Still fun though.
So stoked!!!!!! I am doing a class with Zina Wright while I am down the Gold Coast (coincidence.... I think NOT!) and after reading her blog yesterday I am even more happy than ever cause she is cutting back on all of her scrapbooking commitments and classes to spend more time with her family. SO..... I have made it into one of her last classes for a while. So excited yaaahhhh.
Better leave something to talk about next time

Halloween
So I know we don't celebrate Halloween in Australia but hey why not go with the flow if you are going to have kid knocking on the door asking for lolls you may as well have some fun with it.
So I got this pumpkin out of my Mummy and Daddys garden (thankyou) and as you can guess we had pumpkin soup for dinner. I didn't realize it was so hard to cut the flesh out of a pumpkin when you have to go through a little hole in the top. So I cut the whole bottom off and then stuck it back on with tooth picks after I had scraped out all of the pumpkin. I did a terrible job but you couldn't tell when it had the candle in it and it was out side in the dark. Then I didn't know where to put it so I got a bar stool and chucked a sheet over it and told everyone that it was a ghost.
Just thinking about all of the things that there is to do in the next couple of months and now my head hurts lucky one of the things to do is a holiday can't wait. Gold Coast here we come. Only a couple more weeks. The count down begins. Hope I win some money on Melbourne Cup day to pay for everything.

Beautiful Sunshine Coast
I took this morning I have been driving past here for the last week and finally remembered to take my camera today. It was a little overcast which was perfect so there are some clouds in the background.
I went to Sizzler to have lunch with my friend Karen, and her family. So funny to be there and hardly know any of the staff considering we both worked there for so long and haven't been gone that long. Ate way too much, still full now.
See ya Soon

Good Morning
We met the lovely GIGI from the Scrapbook City Store she did a couple of demonstrations, the one we watched was about making a mini book which was so cute. We also watched a demo. by Rachelle Minette which answered some questions I had about covering tins and other objects. Anyway we spent way too much money (I bought a Xyron 510 and some cartriges for it) and had a very long day of walking back and forth but loved every minute of it. When I got home I pulled out everything that I bought so I could show Mick and the boys and can you believe it I only bought 5 little embelishments for scrapbooking and everything else is an "off the page" project. Now I just have to do them, I will definately be posting some photos as soon as I have done them.
The boys all had fun too lots of boy food and motorbikes and watching car racing. Both of the boys were all flaked out by the time I got home.
I had better go and do some painting some stuff.

Scrap Challenges
I questioned my hubby about if he was working on Thursday secretly hoping he wasn't so I could go to the Craft Fair with my sister and her Mum in law. He looked at me like "as if I wouldn't be working" and asked why, I put on my cute face (hahaha) and said just wondering, just in case you weren't working if I could go to the Fair with Donna. Then he let slip that he wasn't working all weekend, before he knew it I was on the phone to my friend organising our day to the Fair. He was just laughing and said I suppose Me and Shawn (partner of my scraping friend) will be having a Daddy Day Care Day. Yes indeedy!!!!!
I had already come to terms with not being able to go and now all I can think of is scrapping. LOVE IT! I have got three pages done this week in no time at all. For each page everything has just fallen together. I have been doing the challenges from Scrapboxx and Scrapbook City. Great challenges too.
Got to go and scrap now!!
Bye Bye

Bikes and Karate
My darling boys have had a very exciting week. SETHY learnt to ride his bike all by himself no training wheels yah!!!! SO EXCITING That was last Thursday and then this morning he jumped on the electric motorbike and rode it ALL BY HIMSELF!!!!!!!!!!! Now this is a little boy who up until a couple of weeks ago wouldn't even hop on the electric motorbike even if someone else was on it with him.
And Tristan got his yellow tip at Karate. I love it how he bows. So cute. Tristan thought it was very exciting that he got another certificate and some special yellow tape around his belt. As you can see Seth wanted some too. So hard to get a photo without him in it.
Everything else has been good. Lovely dinner cooked by Em on Monday night Thankyou my darling.
Now time to go to bed.

E Bay
I ordered a Karate outfit for my DS #1 through eBay yesterday as it was only $31 including postage I ordered it at about 1pm and paid the extra to get express delivery so he can have it for his next lesson thinking it would take a couple of days and I couldn't believe it when the posty arrived with it this morning at about 9.30am which if I had have ordered through the club it would have cost me $50 and taken a week to arrive. How cool is that I am still so surprised at how prompt the sellers were I know it is their business and it was probrobly just luck but wow I have never had a parcel delivered that quick. Cant wait to take heaps of photos of him in it next lesson cause he is getting his yellow tip. Very exciting for him he loves getting the certificates. Here is photo of him getting a certificate for trying hard. He was so happy he kept saying the whole way home - I won, Mummy, I won! So beautiful.
Feeling better about not making the design team, I got an email from my fav scraper Erica Glover and I was stoked that she would take the time to respond to a comment I left on her blog site. I know it is a big comp with only one spot and 100 women compeating for it. OVER IT.
Till next time

Didn't make DT team
I have spent the last week painting and fixing up my DS #1 bed room I didn't realize what a big job I had set myself up for. Each wall took 3 or more coats of paint and then there is the set of draws and the shelves and the shadow box. So sick of painting but at least it is done now.
So one very big week end of painting, house work, mowing and gardening plus a visit to the annual Coolum Kite Festival and Sunday dinner at the inlaws with all of hubbys family and one very sleepless night with my darling son I am very buggered.
Morephotos to come next time

Scrapboxx Comp
I HATE Bunnings. Hahaha went it to grab a couple of things this morning and of course forgot the lawnmower blades to match them up, one of the main things I went there to get. The other was paint for Tristans room. The last tin of paint I used I got from the markets for $10 suede Effects paint thinking a 4 litre tin would be plenty but the walls are so old they just soaked the paint straight in. The suede effects paint from Dulux is $74 for a 4 litre tin I knew it was expensive but didn't think it was that much. But one of the other brands had the same thing heaps cheaper and the colour didn't matter cause I wanted to go darker anyway. So then after a little walk around I found heaps of other things I needed unfortunately for my poor credit card.
Still trying to master the Adobe photoshop had another go the other day.

My speed is back to normal
Well I have been having a terrible time trying to get a cable to connect my mobile to the computer so I can upload my photos. I went into Tandy the other day and asked the guy behind the counter if they had any expecting the answer to be no, much to my surprise he said which one would you like. To me it was like striking gold i have been hunting in phone shops for ages. Got it home and loaded it all up after a couple of hours trying to get it to work I realized that it just wasn't going to work. Thinking it was too good to be true. I rang him and he told me to bring it all back and he would connect it to his laptop so we could work it all out. So after stuffing around for 1 hour I end up with a more expensive proper Nokia cord instead of the generic cheap version which is just not compatible with my phone (even though all of the packaging said it was). So here are some of the fab photos I have been dying to get.
Had so much fun this night!!!! My friend Emica and I went to a fashion parade to raise money for the local kindergarten.
I have been trying to plan our yearly holiday for the Gold Coast and last night Michael said to me "How about we go to Fraser Island?" I was so looking forward to going to the Goldy. Now I have to get prices and compare which will be better cause we have free tickets for Movie World.
Until next time (which souldn't be too long now everyting is faster)
